Your Bearback is designed to operate in two positions:  closed and extended.  When closed, the Bearback is not only easy to store - it can be used in situations where you don't need the full extension (using it on the front of your body for example).  On the other hand, full extension is desired in order reach your back with ideal control.  If your new Bearback doesn't feel like it does not want to open or close all the way, just grab it close to both sides of the hinge and give it a little extra pressure - it will pop into place!

BEARBACK BACK & BODY SCRATCHER

My skin is sensitive, will the Bearback Scratcher damage my skin?

Not at all.  The Bearback Back & Body Scratcher was designed to be tough on itches and gentle on skin.  The flexible bristles have rounded tips and together they provide a wonderfully invigorating sensation that will not tear your skin!

Why not just get a cheap "claw" scratcher rather than a Bearback scratcher?
