About Bearback
Is Bearback a legitimate brand?
Yes. Bearback is a family-owned small business founded in 2018 and based in Alpharetta, Georgia. Our back and body care tools have been featured on Good Morning America, The Today Show, and The View, and covered by Apartment Therapy, Men's Health, Cosmopolitan, and Rolling Stone. Warranty, Returns & Shipping
What does the Bearback 2-year warranty cover?
If your Bearback tool breaks during normal use due to materials or workmanship, we will replace it — for two full years. Consumable attachments such as foam rollers, massage rollers, and bristle heads are not covered, but inexpensive replacements are available. Please register your product within 30 days of purchase to activate the warranty.
I bought my Bearback on Amazon or Walmart. Is it still covered by the warranty?
Yes. The 2-year warranty applies wherever you purchased, as long as you register your product within 30 days of purchase. If you have any trouble registering, email support@getbearback.com and we'll take care of you.
What is Bearback's return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in the condition you received them, with proof of purchase. Email support@getbearback.com to start a return and we'll send you a return shipping label. Consumable items like foam roller replacements can't be returned.
How fast does Bearback ship?
We generally ship by the next business day (no more than 2 business days during peak seasons). Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders over $18, and upgraded shipping is available at checkout.

How long does a Bearback tool last?
Bearback tools are built for years of daily use. The folding handle locks rigid in use, and because every attachment head is replaceable, your handle keeps working even as you refresh rollers or blades. If it breaks in normal use, our 2-year warranty replaces it — a guarantee most back-care tools don't offer.
What are Bearback tools made from?
A sturdy folding handle paired with skin-safe attachment heads: soft rounded-tip bristles on the scratcher, hypoallergenic washable foam rollers on the lotion applicator, natural bristles on the dry brush, and Swedish-made stainless steel blades on the back shaver.
How do I clean my Bearback tools?
Lotion rollers: run under hot water, squeeze out the excess, and air dry. Scratcher, scrubber, and massage heads: rinse with warm, soapy water and let dry. With regular use, a quick clean every week or two keeps everything fresh.

Is Bearback good for arthritis or limited mobility?

Yes — 100%. Many customers use the Bearback Lotion Applicator specifically for topical solutions such as CBD creams, BioFreeze, Bio-Oil, and other ointments. It's a great tool in the ongoing battle for pain relief.
Is the Bearback Lotion Applicator good for tattoo aftercare?
Yes. After a new tattoo, it's recommended to gently wash the area and apply moisturizer or ointment twice a day for 2-4 weeks. Many customers find the Bearback Lotion Applicator perfect for reaching back and shoulder tattoos during aftercare.
