Customer service was fast in solving my problem with a broken back scratcher. They replaced the handle immediately. Thank you for a speedy resolution. Customer for life. By the way, I have purchased two back scratchers. My first one broke but I didn’t know there was a warranty so I purchased a new one. Buy this you won’t be disappointed.

Don’t know why you did not include the rollers. It is all part of the instrument.
