Great product, great company! This is how you make a product and support it - I had the older handle and Heather was kind enough to send me a replacement scratcher head AND the adapter so that I’m happily using the new scrubber brush! Thank you Bearback - I’LL be back! ;)

I love this back scratcher.. I have tried so many different ones! This is PERFECT. It is soft enough that it doesn't rip my skin; yet has enough "teeth" (soft bristles) that it scratches total relief. It is wide enough to cover enough area where I don't have to spend an enormous amount of time so scratch my back (if there are several areas). This is one of the best purchases I have made in a long time!!!!!!

I can't say enough about how much I love this backscratcher and lotion applicator! The perfect handle, sturdy yet flexible and reachs every spot. Back, legs even feet. Heather was personable, friendly and prompt. I'll be adding the massage head to my product purchase very soon. I'd buy this again and again.
