It’s good. I only wish that the roller wasn’t so smooth. Many products would spill right off of the roller. I’m trying to come up with a hack to get a mini paint roller to use instead. So far 4” standard is too long and 3” is too short. Maybe I’ll try to cut down a 4” roller. But the general concept and product is good.

Took awhile to decide on this applicator as I’ve already bought one, that was junk.Read amazon reviews where a few people said it might not be sturdy. Been using it almost daily for a few wks and no problem.Dont think they were holding it right.If you have seen commercials advertising eczema? That’s me desperately scratching with a ruler,hanger anything handy.lol .Horrible dry skin. The sponge roller is real easy to clean.My husband doesn’t mind doing this for me as he hated touching the lotion. I just hang in my shower to drip. Hoping the rollers last awhile…

I thought I was missing a piece, so I contacted the seller. They got back to me promptly and helped me out. The product itself works very well. I have tried other gadgets to apply lotion to my back and they were all awkward and I was unable to control the amount of lotion. This product is comfortable to use and easy to apply whatever amount of lotion you want and rub it in. I highly recommend it!

I love this product. I suffer with venous insufficiency in my legs, and need to moisturize my feet and calves regularly, but I am unable to reach down to do that. This tool is a God send! I was skeptical at first but this is actually genius. Saves me from trying to contort to get lotion on my back by myself! Also would be great for going to the beach and avoiding the awkward conversation of asking someone to put sunscreen on your back. Rollers work pretty well and after a rolling a few times, lotion gets evenly distributed.

This is my first time using a lotion applicator for my back and I was pleasantly surprised by it. The foam roller absorbs some product but it ends up applying lotion in an even layer across your shoulders and back, and I don't feel the need to rub the moisturizer in afterwards. Typically after using, I pop out the foam roller to wash it under water. Since I usually apply body lotion right after showering, my hands are a little wet when using the applicator, and ironically, I've noticed I have an easier time holding the plastic handle rather than the rubber section. Not sure yet if that has more to do with the the handle length and my arms or the slipperiness of the handle. The motion takes some getting used to, but otherwise I'm quite pleased.

I am very pleased with this product. It makes applicaton of lotions and medications so much easier than a paddle-type product. I like that the rollers are washable and reusable, and that refills are readily available. I can’t speak to the sturdiness as I have only had it a few days but so far I am very happy with it.

I like the concept of a roller. But with hand issues the rollers are very difficult to remove. The texturized rubber handle is uncomfortable. I think a smooth surface would help those with texture issues. It rolls effortlessly which is great. It is pretty light weight device. But for the older people that lose strength in the arms and hands for various reasons, perhaps a better design would be more beneficial. I love that rollers can be reused. But still overall it works for most people. So, I would encourage anyone to purchase this item that is at a affordable price. I hope what I shared might be considered in the next upgrade. In the whole scheme of life, a dry itchy back is a small thing - but if you can gain some comfort and ease, why wouldn't you? This little device has been a game-changer. I've tried back lotion devices in the past and was disappointed - cold, hard plastic "roller balls" that neither felt good nor adequately distributed the lotion; hard to clean; bulky to store. This little gizmo was a big winner from the first use! My lotion clings to the soft and comfortable foam roller (it resembles a tiny paint roller) and the adjustable angles of the handle allow you to get all of those difficult to reach spots. A quick application after my morning shower and I'm comfortable all day. I haven't had this long enough to need to wash the roller yet so I don't know how it holds up - but it seems like compact, dense foam that should be OK with hand washing. I'm extremely satisfied and happy with this!

I initially had a flat applicator. This is much easier to apply and actually rub into the skin. The foam roller could be bigger but I think the size helps curve around the shoulder blades. I have used lotion and body butter with it. I’ve had no issues.

I needed a device to apply lotion to my back due to being unable to reach and I found this amazing device from Bearback. The roller is the perfect size for getting to all areas of my back (in between the shoulder blades especially!) and the fact that it's collapsable makes it so convenient to put in a drawer or leave on a counter without taking up a lot of space. It’s literally a paint roller with a bend in the handle that can be extended by pulling it. But I can say I would buy it again in a second. I’m unable to reach the middle of my back and this really gets the job done. Winter has been a little less miserable this year do to this item. A little on the expensive side but worth it if the handle holds up.
